“Dollhouse” was a Horror piece following a young girl ‘Abbie’. Convinced she is being stalked by a boy named Hal in her class, she enlists the help of her friend to uncover the truth. As the plot unfolds we gradually discover the dark secrets, leaving the audience challenging their perceptions of trust.
This was my first time using a mic for audio, I used a Tuscan and shotgun microphone. In addition I added sound effects in post production which aided the film greatly adding dimension and atmosphere. This film was a great advancement in my filming career as a got a chance to add all cinematic elements, such as lighting, audio, sound effects, framing and colour grading in editing.
